I've been a loyal customer at Habano (formerly Ye Olde Tobacco House) for nearly 20 years, and I'm consistently impressed by the team's expertise and helpfulness. Every visit begins with a warm welcome, followed by attentive assistance with my snus needs.

I'm grateful for the extra effort Habano invests in customer satisfaction. As a snus enthusiast, I prefer the authentic taste and experience over nicotine pouches, which simply can't match the richness, robustness, and authenticity of real snus.

The depth of flavor, texture, and tradition that snus offers are unparalleled. Nicotine pouches, in my opinion, lack the complexity and soul of genuine snus.

While I appreciate the variety of snus brands you currently offer, I'd love to see Habano expand its selection to include:

- Göteborgs Rapé
- Ettan
- General (from Swedish Match)

These additions would elevate your already exceptional service.
